Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

Due to the custom nature of our services, all sales are generally final. However, we understand that circumstances change and will work with clients on a case-by-case basis.

2. Project Deposits

Initial deposits are non-refundable as they cover project setup, research, and resource allocation. This policy will be clearly stated in project agreements.

3. Cancellation Before Work Begins

If you cancel a project before we have begun work, we will refund the full payment minus the initial deposit and any third-party costs already incurred on your behalf.

4. Cancellation During Active Development

If cancellation occurs after work has begun:

  • You are responsible for payment of all work completed to date
  • Completed deliverables will be provided to you
  • Any remaining balance after accounting for completed work may be refunded
  • Early termination fees may apply as outlined in your project agreement

5. Dissatisfaction with Work

We strive for complete client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to address concerns through revisions as outlined in your project agreement before considering any refund requests.

6. Milestone-Based Projects

For projects with milestone payments, refunds (if applicable) will only apply to milestones not yet completed. Payments for completed and accepted milestones are non-refundable.

7. Third-Party Services

Costs for third-party services (hosting, licenses, subscriptions, etc.) purchased on your behalf are generally non-refundable and subject to the refund policies of those providers.

8. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days via the original payment method. Please note that financial institutions may take additional time to credit your account.
